How to Schedule a One-on-One Doubt Clarification Session:
Login to LMS Portal:
First, log in to your LMS portal using your registered email address.
Step: 2 :Choose the dropdown option “Technical Query” and specify the recording page from the live session where you have doubts.
Step: 3 : Set the date and time of the session preferred time
Step: 4: Describe Your Query with your comments in the “Your query” section and then click on “Book Now”
Special Note: Sessions scheduled between 6 PM and 12 AM on Saturdays and Sundays are usually rescheduled by the technical associates due to live sessions during these hours. Please book your one-on-one sessions accordingly.
Each learner is eligible for 4 technical one-on-one sessions per month. If you need more than four sessions in a month, you must obtain approval from the LM team coordinator.
